wont let me spawn a car like even if i wait a bit it wont spawn
like every car on the menu i try to spawn it just doesnt let me press it again for a few seconds then lets me press it again but even if i wait for a few nothing happens and i tried waiting like 10 minutes after i pressed and it didnt spawn

u need to wait even 10 mins with slow internet, but after few hours of playing , your cars will spawn in like 2 seconds, u just need to have server assets downloaded, which takes some time
you will also not see some playrs if they have the cars u never saw ingame before.
