it wont let me spawn vehicles cause when i click on it, it appears locked all of them do.
so how do i spawn cars

They're possibly still loading in for you, try to spawn a car and give it some time to load before spawning another one
but it just doesnt load at all like i watched a video of somebody else and theirs spawned in right after pressing the vehicle
also theres a problem with the menu loading but after the menu worked
u need to wait even 10 mins with slow internet, but after few hours of playing , your cars will spawn in like 2 seconds, u just need to have server assets downloaded, which takes some time
