shendoah is also parallel so it doesnt pause the main thread iirc, but still shouldnt use it when u have 0 idea of what your doing imo

your lag issues isnt from gc at all old and bad cpu, running on windows server 2012 (not a great idea), fluids is getting ticked alot, alot of mobs for your cpu to handle, and spawners
