Help with ssl
hello. I have a question, has anyone used cloudflare to get ssl with ionos or similar?

What do you mean with ionos? Is ionos your registrar?
It is the platform where I bought the domain and I have the hosting
your hosting provider should provide a way for you to upload/use your own ssl cert.
you can generate your own ssl using cloudflare, but some managed hosting providers might not let you upload your own ssl

it doesn't give me the option to add my own certificate
could be a paid feature, better ask their support
I just switched to cloudflare to avoid paying...
I mean, your only option is to run your own web server where you can set it to use your own cf ssl - this means getting a cheap vps would be the easiest way (and probably fastest too) than staying hesitated with ionos
or if your web is mostly static, just use cloudflare pages + github,
will solve your ssl too
Ahh I understand, but I'm not that expert in it... my idea was to create my own datacenter, but I don't have the knowledge for it... I would need a good helping hand to help me.
