gotten a warning after respecting 2 hr cooldown and staying at the spot i spoofed to. Any reasons why? (i have adventure sync and logs off)

Just loading in the game will get you flagged. Doesn't matter what you do (unless your spoofing to go fest or something)
Root youre Phone and all problems are gone.
