Unable to open live chat

Hey, so I've been trying to open a live chat and keep getting this error:
There was a problem opening your chat. Please refresh your browser and try again.
Is this a known issue? I've been experiencing it for the past week or so. Thanks.

I'm on Business I mentioned this in the ticket, but after clicking on the "Request a chat" button, this error pops up in the console: 73ce9299ff6bafa1f007.js:37 Chat widget wasn't found?

Yeah I think opening a ticket is the best solution
