Unable to open live chat
Hey, so I've been trying to open a live chat and keep getting this error:
There was a problem opening your chat. Please refresh your browser and try again.Is this a known issue? I've been experiencing it for the past week or so. Thanks.

I mentioned this in the ticket, but after clicking on the "Request a chat" button, this error pops up in the console:
