Matching Leathers (Black Leather Jacket paired with Brown Lug Loafers or Brown Boots?)
I am excited to bust out this cropped leather jacket this fall, but I am also wondering what the state of matching leathers is in the year of our lord 2023? Would these Allen Edmonds work? What about the black version?

As far as belts go, are people still trying to make sure the shades and hues of leather are as similar as possible?

You don't need to worry about matching your jacket to your shoes. Matching your belt to your shoes is only recommended for formality codes where wearing sneakers would be underdressed (suit, more formal side of business casual, etc)
