This computer can play Tekken 7 at full settings flawlessly but it can't play fivem at medium settings? Somethings going on
do u have enough ram check in setting or type in console cl_drawperf 1
I have 8gb vram (sli)

cl_drawperf 1
and send a screenshot here so we can actually see what's going onif u go on YouTube theres a bunch of ways to optimize ur fivem so it stops stuttering
u need most of the settings on low
put ur texture budget all the way down and then turn it up 14 times
