Where can I find free to use website designs?
I need some ideas for my portfolio. I'm finding things on dribbble I like but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to use it or not? (https://dribbble.com/shots/20300654-Portfolio-design)

Are there any websites specifically for free-to-use website designs?
I don't think you are allowed to copy it directly or take assets (graphics, images) but you can take ideas and inspiration from everywhere

Vercel offers a ton of free templates
But most are framework specific frameworks
