What are the chances of not getting a lucky from a guaranteed lucky trade?

If you have already done 10 lucky trades by using 2016 Pokémon, then it’s just the normal chance to get a lucky Pokémon, not a guaranteed chance to get lucky, I think, for 10 trades, it’s 100% chance to get a lucky Pokémon, after 10 trades, it resets to a maximum of 20% even if you use a 2016 or a 2019 Pokémon, both have the same 20% chance
