How do I go about making this as button
How to make this a smaller version or as a what real button is or can someone recommend other means to do this if button is not preferable?
the other tabs have 3 or 4 buttons like this

Did you figure out a solution Winter? I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, but if you still need help, can you explain a bit more?
I want to make it something else than this cause if its in mobile view its very long
so each yellow and blue box is a button, and you want a way to make it look better on a smaller screen?
yes cause its very long in there and i cant think of something else to go around this
Are they all updates in the “Action” column?
I think your best solution for small screens, is to use a card based design rather than a table based design. I would recommend separating each one into individual cards that can then stack on top of each other
here's an example with all the information, plus some space for adding the remarks *(the amount of space could be increased depending how much you expect people to add)
