Hi. It was good to hear from you again.
Thanks
Maybe dl1.tanphongthan.com has mounted with another repo of someone else(old domain owner?)?
Both links work for me. What’s the specific issue with the response?
Also have you tried purging your cache?
@Karew
Thank for your supporting.
+ With https://dl1.tanphongthan.com/version.json I got
{"version":"3.0.46"}
+ With https://dl2.tanphongthan.com/version.json I got
{"version":"3.0.52"}
I have tried purging all caches. But the problem still occurs.Are these both pointing to the same bucket?
Pointing the same bucket.
I guess
dl1.tanphongthan.com
was created by the previous owner, and when I got the domain, the previous cache couldn't be cleared correctly.The dl1 error is your issue. Re-add that domain or contact Cloudflare support
@Karew I was re-add many times before, but...
Then contact support, that’s all you can do
Do I need to upgrade to the Business plan to get that support?
You shouldn’t, no. R2 is its own paid product
I think only supporting via discord. What did I do wrong here?
I wasn’t aware of that. I guess you need to post in #r2 until someone helps you, or upgrade to the Pro plan
@Karew I got it. Thank you verry much!
I will using redirect dl1 to dl2 for the quick fix!
But I'd be happy if the cloudflare teams solve the root cause of the problem.
