way to replace anvil gui with a chest-menu type?

is there a plugin to have a gui replace the anvil? similar to how Hypixel does it. I would think someone would have implemented this as a plugin to bypass the too expensive limitation, but who knows. ive been searching stuff like "spigotmc anvil" "anvil gui" n the likes but it just brings up ppl with APIs to use the anvil gui in a plugin instead of guis to replace the anvil was mostly hoping to do this as a way to make the anvil easier to use on Geyser, as the anvil is clientsided on bedrock and it makes custom enchants and Sweeping Edge difficult to use on the anvil, but also would be nice to get rid of the Too Expensive for the anvil.
