Going to be in NYC for a weekend, looking for a mid level suit.
Took previous post advice and making appts with Kent Wang and Benjamin Sartorial (in NJ the week prior). Tried Suitsupply and Todd Snyder. Hesistent to try JCrew or Brooks Brothers but open to any suggestions! I should add, I found SS and TS to be a bad fit and meh quality.

What’s your budget?
Id like to spend under 1k, maybe 1.5k if necessary.
Ralph Lauren store? There's also that big mall-type thing in the downtown area, forget the exact name, near the water, that has a lot of tailoring in there.
I personally liked bonobos but I've heard a lot about Spier Mackay
Spier and Mackay, the online-only company except their one store in Toronto? Surely you don't think they're relevant to someone visiting NYC.
Ok I misunderstood. I didn't connect that you wanted offline stores IN NYC.
Haha yea I wish we had s and m here in the states. Bonobos is owned by Walmart now and quality is super low but back in the day they had some good stuff imo. I had a suit from them for my wedding 11ish years ago.
I've heard of LS Men's Clothes in Manhattan but I don't have personal experience. MTM suit starts at $795 and RTW at $395 per their website (I believe they use Coppley which is half canvassed).
