Wondering about colour choices and how they work on my skin
I’m a Dark Winter (if you believe in that stuff). I’ve found it generally helpful for picking out colours that work on my skin but it’s not foolproof and can be hard to implement at times.
Recently got a personal stylist who suggested these tops which I’m not super sure about.
Any thoughts on which tops look good on me?
I’m particularly unsure about the browns, and the light blue.

Colors all look fine, not a fan of the quarter zip as a style, favorite tops are number 1 and 4 personally
These seem like a nice set, and certainly look fine-to-great with your skin color. I think the light blue suits your tone really well as well as being a lovely shirt, and browns are hard to go wrong with also.
It's one thing to consider your undertones or whatever so you don't leave the house looking ill, but it's not something to overthink. These colors look nice on you.
That’s the light blue and the camel right? Thanks!
Thanks! Yeah I think it can be too much obsession over small things if I am overthinking just how good the colours are on my skin. Just don’t want colours that are obviously bad for me! The camel is quite strange for me idk, but maybe I’m just not used to it. To some extent I need to just wear the damn thing and see what people say about it tbh.
I've seen quarter zip work if it's a thicker material
I'm a fan of the burgundy one, but that might be due to my bias for deep reds
I like quarter zips but this is really the only one out of the whole bunch that does not look good at all. The rest looks fine! Number 1 is a great color and texture with your complexion and glasses imo. The mustard turtle neck looks good too.
Similar colour myself
