Hi ! I have this error when I start my server. Is it safe to ignore ? and how can I fix this ?

it tells u what to do. report it to the first plugin in each loop

So there is only one loop as I can see ? which means that I only need to report it to rosestacker dev ? Welp, even them don't know what's this..
