invalid fivem client version
ive restarted fivem a few times, im sure its an easy fix just my first time running into it

looks like an issue with Cfx.re, not us
Solution
i verified my game files through steam and that fixed the issue
keep in mind, that could have been a placebo and could return if/when FiveM goes down again

it did end up coming back again. i just ended up uninstalling and reinstalling fivem and i havent had the issue since. still dont know if it actually fixed anything or just another placebo

very likely a placebo, you should never reinstall FiveM unless the error calls for it
FiveM is self-healing due to its integrity checks at the start of every launch
