Block placing specific blocks
Does anyone know how to block placing specific blocks or entities like minecarts, nether stars, etc...
Also how to prevent someone from getting certain items via crafting, anvil, etc And how to disable anvils entirely

nether stars cant be placed?
disable anvils is easily doable with a custom plugin, same with crafting etc

a custom plugin could do all of this and be pretty simple
