How to make a builder role without it being OP?

Hi,

So I have builders on my Paper server and they can only seem to use the worldedit plugin when they OP'd. Is there anyway around this? I made a builder role with Luckperms but the worldedit perms don't popup. Any ideas?

You have to apply the permission nodes of the commands you want them to have
