Please, I need to ask a few questions before buying an overlay

Hi, I would like to buy adrenaline animated and I have some questions:

is the overlay only seen on chrome or even safari users can see it?

both safari and chrome users should be able to see it on PC or on mobile in desktop mode

Can you create multiple scenes and swap them while playing from a console without a capture card? What are the commands to write in the chat?

for premade overlays look at there product page it will show you what the commands are

Is there a way to show alerts on mobile as well?
