Got 522 Connection Timeout on Specify ISP

I got 522 Spike at 1 AM (GMT+07:00), the 522 connection timeout status only occur in Jakarta, Indonesia (CGK) Data center with specify ISP (Like Biznet), other datacenters like SIN, BKK, etc... still fine. here some screenshot from our traffic logs.
