Is it your Main or an Alt account ?
When it is your Main Account, i would recomment to start to play legit, or start to use a rooted android
in my opinion there isnt a other oprion after getting first striked on main acc
Use an alt and trade the best pokemons you got to the main
Basically u use only ur alt
