Anyone know the difference in quality/fit between the regular Carhartt t shirts and WIP t shirts?
There's more than a 2x price difference. Wanted to see if it's just marketing.

Tl;Dr : They are essentially different companies selling different products to different markets that happen to share a logo.
mainline fits very long and they're much thicker. they are also less comfortable and many colors are poly blend.
WIP is a more standard (pocket) or boxy (chase/script) fit and has better colors. I personally don't buy them unless they're on sale, and I only buy mainline for actual 3 season manual labor.
Either on sale or used is the best way to buy WIP
