Odd/ specific question.
Is there a way that I can use a browser source on Overlay to pop up on my stream?? And if so, will I be able to use a bot in chat to interact with it??

No your not able to use browser sources with overlay expert extension unless your using obs or another streaming software as twitch doesnt allow them on extensions
