how to buy clothes from japan?
I've heard a lot of people, especially here in the US, talking about buying clothes from Japan, and saying that espcially for shorter guys like me clothes tend to fit better. Can anybody share their experience or some tips or websites they have? Thanks

idk i use zenmarket
some japanese webstores will use worldshopping or w/e its called which is another mail forwarding service
last time i used zenmarket you just submit links to what you want to buy and they approve it and you just add funds and theyll buy for you then ship
or just buy from stores that will ship directly to u
e.g. cav empt will just send that john to u directly
theres a proxying guide around here somewhere
check #fashion-guides
thanks!
I use japonica market
Basically they your personal shopper and buy anything from any site for u and ship to us
I go to Japan and come back
You got buyee, zenmarket seems fine, I know a lot of my nerd friends used to use tenso but that may have changed in more recent years (always compare pricing structures!). these kind of places list sites they prefer you buy from but some services let you submit other sites sometimes.
Personally I tend to like sites that will just ship directly to me but covid did kind of mess that up and sometimes its more expensive than proxy shipping 🤷🏽♂️
I like to check:
- jp.mercari
- Yahoo auctions japan
- closet child (largely indie punk and gothiclolita stuff)/closet child mens (a little more typical, still not the mfacore brands but hey we're not all mfacore)
- In a similar vein to the above I used to use wunderwelt but that is pretty strictly gothiclolita stuff and you will not find the brands this server likes there. lol but maybe you need a small gay pirate costume and who am i to gatekeep that
- Ragtag
- 2ndstreet
- Zozotown (used has more of the stuff you'd find in mfa + i can't vouch for it, not used it)
Most of this is in the above guide but oh well
