i'm using a server hosting service
but i wanna understand the problem
they are tryna help me fix it but i still wanna learn xD
well if that's all, then yeah probably
command not found should've given you a hint, that command won't exist unless you install java on your own
but since you're using a hosting service and im guessing you don't have access to their machine(s), yeah you should sit this one out and let the provider fix their own messokayy

the nether and the end if i deleted them would it be bad
yeah well for one world there are nether and end variants of it
or i can just replace the world folder
