How long does it take to enroll in Cloudflare constellation private beta?
Is like 2 days or 6 months or.. ?

It depends where you are in the queue and when they add more people 🤷 so sometime between now and whenever it’s released
"so sometime between now and whenever it’s released" yes but I'm building a product and I wonder if I should "wait a couple days" or forget about this for now
I am also wondering this. Any more info?

Building something with a beta product is fine as long as you are ok with it possibly having an issue that might not even get looked at for weeks. (so basically not something you should use for production but playing around is fine)
