Server-Sent Events
I'm trying to figure out how to have my Worker listen to a SSE endpoint.
Is there a handlers that can iniaite with a SSE connection or use EventSource in top level code?

Or is there perhaps some other offering from Cloudflare to be able to consume and forward SSE or WebSocket events somehow?
