Is Beckett Simonon worth it for leather sneakers?
My ten-year-old Sambas are starting to do a number on my feet and I'm thinking of replacing them with a nicer leather sneaker. How is Beckett Simonon as an option? Price seems pretty good. I'm really looking for comfort, practicality for everyday wear, and longevity. Thanks!

I like the BS shoes. Don't wear them enough to have a real opinion on longevity.

They're well liked but they frequently go on 2 for $200 sale or something like that
the J Crew ones I'm sure are fine but it's not the year to buy minimal white sneakers imo
i always try to stay 5-10 years behind on trends so it is for me baby
I have the BS GATs and they've held up well for 5 years. Got the MM GATs a few years later in a different color and they're a little wider and the leather is more plush so overall more comfortable. Of course they're a lot more expensive, so if MM is out of your price range then BS is a good budget option.
