help dns info
I set an ip to my www and my domain root but it still points to a cloudflare ip and not to the ip I set. I changed this 24 hours ago.

That's expected unless you are using a 
DNS record

I have it so I put it in gray?
If you want the see the server's IP address then yes. Keep in mind it removes all benefits of Cloudflare
The DNS record is cached somewhere for you
