how long does a soft ban last?
I forgot to wait for the amount of time necessary after teleporting and got soft-banned, how long does it last?

Go to pgsharp and turn on the cool-down timer and you will know how long to wait
No matter how far you teleport the longest you need to wait is two hours
So after 2 hours you can spin stops and catch Pokémon
thank you but i was actually wondering how long i'd have to wait to play again after i had already broken that rule
