pl3x isnt loading the entire map.
It says that its has completed the render but only shows a portion of the map.

make sure you fully pregenerated your world first using a plugin like chunky
lol whut?
:kek:
What the heck radius did you use
30K
MOTHER OF GOD.
may have added one too many 0s
my map is 30K wide my guy
Oh I misread
30k is like 150GB, I thought you said 80k
lol nah map is 30Kx15K
Wait a 30k radius is from -30k to +30k in all directions
So a 60k * 60k total area
You know
60/60 isnt horrible lol
i think i did add one too many 0s
map is a 1:924 scale of the earth
@Señor Leche Sorry for the tag so what i load the world using chunky then run the command to render pl3x?
and then ill have my map?
Yep
Will it auto update like dynmap?
( im new to both of these plugins ) lol
You might be able to watch the generation progress in near real time from your map web page
Oh I'm not running both at the same time
Should I?
Er
Pl3x map should load the chunks into the web page as they're generating
At least it did for me
I'm just running chunky first
Once that's done I'll run pl3x
I mean, you can have both plugins installed at the same time.
I'm home hosted so it's not like idling is costing me anything but electricity
They are lol
Yeah pull up the map in your web browser
You should see new chunks pop up automagically every so often
I'm sad it doesn't have a 3d view like dynmap tho
Bluemap for that
Apparently it's better than dynmap
Idk I've never used it
Wait so pl3x AND blue map?
That seems.... inefficient
No, one or the other
I think
I use squaremap myself, a fork of pl3xmap
What's it like?
I like plex UI
It's the same thing as pl3xmap
There was just a short time in 1.18 where the Pl3x map devs weren't gonna update
So I swapped to squaremap
My users couldn't tell a difference
yes 4000% better
look at this
BlueMap
BlueMap
BlueMap is a tool that generates 3D maps of your Minecraft worlds and displays them in your browser
it's not even comparable
Holy shit thats the coolest thing ive ever seen
plz sensi teach me
I may be on in years but i am here to learn
so do i have to run the chunky thing again before i run bluemap or?
no
