because, if you read the errors, its saying it cant find a vc++ toolset

I am making a project in electron so thats why I am using vscode
Have you had a look at their documentation?
Because from the error it looks like you need to have VS installed
You don't need to use it for your app, but you need it installed, so that the library can find the tools to compile its code
