Developer mode only for Pokémon go app I want to turn it on only for that because I wanna make sure my phone doesn’t get hacked or my password s 😧

I was trying to install ipogo on my phone so I downloaded side loadly and I got the new ipa file and put it in and downloaded it when I went to open app on phone it said That and I did it on an old phone of mine to test it but I don’t use it and it works there but it on this phone
