how to make react website responsive?

I have made the main functionality n design of this ecommerce website writing in react and scss. What methods could I use to make it responsive as a beginner? without or with a css library (tailwind or MUI preferred). I have some knowledge abt making it responsive in css n some js. That's a really big question ๐Ÿ˜„ In general, my suggestion is to go with the path of least resistance, which generally means layouts are built mobile-first... or well, where you don't really worry about layout since you just want things to stack at small screens anyway, then as things get bigger, you use media queries to add complexity where it's needed
