Noteblock issue
I am currently trying to help a friend out with his server and they have an issue with noteblock changes not being picked up by observers, I checked plugins and configs and those aren't the issue, what I did find when testing on my personal test server tho is that the issue only occurs when a certain amount of plugins is loaded, like if it's a random selection of half the plugins it works but not if all of them are installed, anybody got any clue what could be causing this?

Find the exact plugin that's causing it
!binsearch
Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed.
If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed.
Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin.
Congratulations, you found the culprit.

No you misunderstand
Its not a single plugin
I tested it using binary method
Additionally what I did to confirm my suspicion was to run the server with only the plugins from A-P and then only with the plugins from Q-Z
And in both cases it worked
In that case it sounds like a conflict
A plugin from a-p that works negatively with q-z
Any advice on how to find out which one it is
Bc there's like 90 plugins
I'd prefer to not manually check each combination
Binary search again
Okay I'll try that
Another thing I just noticed is when I have plugins a-p installed and add more the noteblock observer interaction is broken until I wipe all plugins
Like just removing the ones I newly added doesn't fix it
I have to wipe plugins restart, add a-p restart
How are you adding more plugins
I am adding the .jar files to the plugins folder
Then restarting server
To delete them I remove the .jar files
Is that wrong?
Nope sounds right to me
Is it possible that it's not a conflict then
If it breaks it completely
And it's minor plugins we talking about like a ranks gui plugin
Not something that should affect server configs
