Soft ban from cooldown rules
I was spoofing earlier and accidentally violated the cooldown rules. I was wondering if I’m guaranteed to get a soft ban or a strike on my account and if so, how long it would take to go into effect. TIA

I can’t remember the name of what I use but I use an iPhone tethered to a computer
Guaranteed soft ban if you switch locations for a max of 2 hours! If you stay in the same location where you last threw a pokeball or spun a stop you should be fine
