Mines Are Not Excavated
My server is broken after players break mines 5 times, how can I fix it? I don't have a problem when I crack it with op.

I use NoCheatPlus.
What does no cheat plus have to do with mines?
So I don't know what the problem is, players, that is, players who don't have op can break mine blocks after breaking 5 times, and I said it because I thought it might be cheat protection.
