Can not open admin dashboard

I'm tryin to go to login of admin page but from those configuration i cant can you help me with any idea how to slove this

It works by using this

APP_URL=http://localhost
ADMIN_APP_URL=http://localhost
ADMIN_APP_PATH=admin

APP_URL=http://localhost
ADMIN_APP_URL=http://localhost
ADMIN_APP_PATH=admin
