Hey all! I wanted to start a discussion focused on Stòffa. Started in 2014 by Agyesh Madan and Nick Ragosta, friends who had both worked at Italian brand Isaia. The brand was originally focused on accessories such as rollable felt hats and neckties. It wasn't till 2015 when the duo started a small collection of outerwear and pants solely made-to-measure, an approach that has remained a core part of the brand's DNA. Sustainability has also been a key component of Stoffa's values; fabric choices are often pursued based on environmental foot print and limited runs are another key aspect of this ethos.

Our 2022 holiday collection features new limited edition designs like a unique sand stripe cashmere sweater and two reversible vests made up in a lush wool silk and cashmere bouclé. We’ve also included a selection of ready-made pieces perfect for gifting or immediate enjoyment this winter season.
Their unstructured double breasted suits are the platonic ideal of relaxed contemporary tailoring imo
If only they weren’t so fuckin expensive LOL
I've had bad experiences with my last two MTO orders. Both arrived wildly off spec. Pretty disappointing quality control considering the price point
That’s surprising, did you email them about it? Their customer service seems good enough to do something about that
I did. The first time they gave me some canned response about it being "within tolerances" (ridiculous, it fit a full size larger than my other, identical shirt).
The second time the garment was so ridiculously off spec that they did allow me to return it, but said they didn't have the fabric to remake it.
oh wow, thats with measurements and everything?
which items were these
Yeah I sent them pics with a measuring tape and everything. It was a piqué shirt and a knit polo.
I also bought a cashmere knit shirt last year but didn't end up wearing it because it got too warm out. Just took it out recently and realized one of the sleeves is like two inches longer than the other. Way too late for me to do anything about that, unfortunately.
I have bought quite a few things with them over the years and honestly I have had issues with probably 40% of my orders (and I am really not a huge stickler about things). Kind of over it.
wow, that really sucks. sorry to hear of that
