stuck on a payment loading screen

i bought a card to buy vp and after i enter all the information and click “pay now” it gets stuck on this loading screen and idk what the issue is pls help.

it didn’t it’d b stuck for like 10 min i click the x n i get nun i’m trying other yt methods rn but no luck so far
