For safety reasons we do not allow executables to be sent as they might contain malware. If you're compiling for someone please DM them and as a reminder. We cannot verify if a compiled jar has not been tampered in any way

I would recommend using a datapack or plugin. Datapacks (such as the Vanilla Tweaks Classic Fishing Loot (https://vanillatweaks.net/picker/datapacks/), which you can use as reference for creating your own) can modify fishing. There is even a github project (https://github.com/Simplexity-Development/localized_fishing_tables) on how to locally edit fishing loot per-biome. If you choose to go the plugin route, AcuteLoot (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/acuteloot.81899/) is a good option for editing all loot in minecraft. If you are looking for just editing fishing, the FishingLoot (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/fishing-loot.84717/) plugin seems like a good option although it has not been updated in quite a while.

If you are looking to go the datapack route, I can be of assistance. It is honestly fairly easy, and only requires a bit of time to learn it.

This plugin does what vanilla tweaks does and can be a replacement

First off, please read the question, I was not reccomending Vanilla Tweaks, just as an example of a datapack that alters fishing loot. Second off, please don't comment this if you don't know what your talking about. Only certain datapacks require more resources. One that alters the fishing loot wouldn't be ticked at all, meaning their is no performance gap. Vanilla Tweaks doesn't have what this user is looking for, so it is completly useless. (Not trying to single you out, because many people do this, but) PLEASE read the entirety of the question before suggesting or telling any sort of information so you can have the context to answer properly.

You already answered the question fully. You gave him datapacks along with plugins. No more info was needed for his question. You answered it perfectly. All I was doing was giving insight on top of your response about vanilla tweaks and datapacks because you recommended it. I wasn’t correcting you or disregarding you.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, as I clearly got off on the wrong foot. I thought you had only read part of my response and jumped in with pointless information. However, I still think is it some what irrelevant as I never recommended using Vanilla Tweaks, but using their datapack as a ref. for how to create one. Paper Tweaks would not work in this situation as it is not a datapack, so using it as a ref. would result in no meaningful info. Sorry for the misunderstanding and my shortness. My assumption was incorrect and were all here just to help people, so we shouldn't fight anyway.
