What time of the day the raid battles usually go from one pokemon to another?

I am planning on doing either an Articuno and/or Moltres raid battle, but according to the web, they leave raids by then. But what the web didn't say is the time tomorrow of the shift. Can someone please explain?

For today's raids the kanto birds will leave raids by 11 am on 13th morning and next raid which is regieleki will appear on that same time they will just replace the birds
