But everything is final sale so if you're waiting for something old and it wasn't in the last sale it won't be in the next one either
To my knowledge ALD doesn't do real archive sales or anything
Its a drop based brand they don't have archives and they only do end of season sales. Occasionally they also do sales of pieces they have that they used as inspiration (read: they didn't create them) as well, but those are just sellign the pieces, not discounts. The sale is generally at most a 20% discount anyway.
Like similar brands sales kinda miss the point of the brand.

Also their perennial items don't go on sale ever (eg: Unisphere hats, a lot of their basic sweatshirts)
You can generally tell off a drop if an item will hit sale (if it doesn't sell out in any size or is extremely expensive) but again, its a drop brand, things are intended to sell out and never go on sale, thats the whole idea.
i'm p sure i saw the specific sweatshirt i wanted on sale last summer! i'm in no rush but yah you're right about it being less likely as a drop brand

Prices are kinda insane, I'm especially questioning some of the material choices (eg: full wool cardigan in a spring-summer collection instead of cotton to make it $500). Unisphere hats being raised by $10 is hilarious ngl. Only cool thing to me are the double breasted cardigan.
Feels like most of the items have nothing setting them apart to pay the ALD premium.
