You're probably better off contacting strato customer service. The error seems to be with them.
yea i asked them
they said i have to ask cloudflare for the right nameservers because they cant do more than they did already
im really confused now
What nameservers are you adding?
courtney.ns.cloudflare.com
randy.ns.cloudflare.com
Yea, those are probably correct
i only can send a screenshot of it
but its in german idk who can read it yk
What does the error translate to?
translator said this red message is that
like
the red message u see there
is this in message up there
Do you just have your domain on Strato or also the hosting?
only domain
the hosting is via mchost24 ig
I believe the key will be in the blue box - you'll need to disable DNSSEC first to switch nameservers (beware it may result in the domain not being able to resolve temporarily in some cases while resolver caches expire)
its disabled
like
it was disabled from the beginning
nvm no slider
but
Thanks for translating the error. It sounds like those nameservers aren't answering queries for your domain.
You have added this site to Cloudflare, and those are the nameservers they told you to use? A screenshot of your overview screen in Cloudflare would be helpful
Also, what's the domain you're trying to add?
mybiaslist.de
could u explain this further?
i dont get what u saying sadly
In your Cloudflare dashboard, in your domain, under overview, what does it show/tell? If it's still pending setup, it should show you the nameservers it has assigned you and a bit more information. A screenshot would be helpful, nothing is sensitive on that page

thing is a friend is doing this all on the cloudflare side
but he tried it again and now it works??
idk why it worked when he did it again
like yesterday it dint work for both of us
but yea
its updating now
sooooo ig solved?
by friend with no reason?
but fr ty all for your help
Sure, of course! It might have been just a matter of time, sometimes things can be slow to update. It looks like the nameservers you input are answering queries for your domain as of now (the error it was giving before did not seem to be true)
but it works
