Resource Pack Problems

The textures are glitched when loading on mac 1.19.4 and the pack does not load on 1.20.
How do I fix this?

I tried removing mythicmobs which caused errors and tried loading the pack for 20 mins
It loaded..... Maybe my 2015 macbook air is wayyyyy to slow
