Issues with portforwarding

Hello, I have a question regarding port forwarding. So I'm trying to port forward on a RAC2VIS router from spectrum, and I haven't be able to find anything online that has been able to help. The reason I'm bringing up the router specifically is because I think because of how the port forwarding section is, is different than every other one ive seen in any tutorial. (a picture will be added so y'all can see what I mean)

How are you trying to test to see of the port is open when you forward?

Might need to make it 0.0.0.0 instead of blank Use https://mcsrvstat.us/ instead

Also in the server.properties make aure you have your local IP set. (192.168.x.xxx) or something like that I think usong 127.0.0.1 works too but i cant remember. I use my local IP

You will also want to make sure you’ve allowed the port thru the firewall on the machine/container that’s running the server on top of portforwarding

I did the firewall on my pc, but what youre saying @Señor Leche is to just leave the ip blank in my server properties?

yes

omg y'all, thanks for the help. The issue was the external host IP, I tried just leaving it blank, and now my ports are open.
