Best plugin for player-run economy?
Features I want:
- Auction GUI (supporting fixed price items)
- Chest shops that players can stock so they can make their own physical shops
This could be one plugin or multiple

Multiple options may be easier, as I don't know of any one plugin that does both. If you want for the shops to just be selling off money, I would recommend using ShopChest (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/shopchest.11431/) Also what economy plugin are you using? If you haven't picked, I would recommend Vault (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vault.34315/) as it is widly adopted. As far as AH plugins go, I would pick AuctionHouse (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/auctionhouse.61836/) if you are running 1.20+

Doesn't AH have a dupe bug?
Don’t use auction house. It still to this day has a dupe exploit that people have been complaining about for ages and will never be fixed. There are alternatives out there just search in spigot. Use vault as your economy plugin. It is by far the best and most widely used. I recommend ez chest shops as the chest shop plugin as it is super easy to use, set up, and configure to the point where new players can pick it up within a minute. Plus you can set it up so people can buy from the chests even if you have a land claim plugin that prevents griefing and access to chests.
It is literally as simple as you look at a chest with the item you want to sell in your hand, say you want to sell it for $10 and buy it from players for $2, you would do this: /ecs create 10 2
