How to ban someone from a bedrock dedicated server

/ban doesnt work and people can join rejoin after being kicked. Is there any way i can fix this?

I suggest installing Liberty Bans if you own a paper/pufferfish/purpur/spigot/bukkit server They have support for Geyser and are a good ban plugin

Oh wait, you are running bedrock dedicated? Then LiteBans (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/litebans.3715/) might be better if Liberty Bans doesn't work
