Hosting a minecraft server on the same network on a different pc but can't join
Hosting a minecraft server on the same network on a different pc w/ port forwarding so friends can join but can't join on another pc on the same network. Friends are able to join over the internet. Enabled java incoming and outgoing on firewall. Also tried disabling the firewall entirely with no success.

If you're on the same network and you can't join, be sure you're using the internal IP. Internal clients can't use external IP.
You will use a different IP from your friends.
Would I still have to include the port?
If you're not running it on the default, yes
